The AGV Corsa Wild Rodeo is a special one-time limited edition helmet worn by Andrea Iannone on his home Grand Prix Mugello 2013. The design for this helmet was done by Starline. The charachter on top illustrates Andrea Iannone riding a Rodeo Bull which symbolizes riding the untamable Ducati and reminds how physically demanding it is to ride a motoGP bike.
The helmet also shows the target logo of Iannone made of sticking plasters. This is an ironic referral to his recent crashes and the operation on his forearm. On the back of helmet Dr Costa (mobile clinic of motoGP organization) is shown who has always supported the rider. The doctor is interviewed by Paolo Beltramo (Sport Mediaset) and asked about the Iannone's health.
This is the first AGV Iannone replica helmet to appear on the market. Other very popular helmets in the Corsa line are:
Besidea the Corsa, AGV released the PistaGP. The Corsa and the PistaGP have the same recognizable aerodynamic shape. The big difference between the PistaGP and the Corsa is that the PistaGP is a full carbon helmet. An ultra strong and light weight material also used in the formula 1.
